SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Due to high demand orders may take longer than expected to arrive. Please email info@pl4yhouse.com with any questions you may have.

  • We will endeavour to dispatch all orders that are placed before 2pm on the same day, Monday to Friday.* We also ship some orders on Saturday.**
  • Orders that are placed on a Friday after these cut-off times will be shipped on the following Monday.

*To ensure that your order is shipped the same day, please get your order in as early as possible.

**We aim to ship all Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders that are placed on Saturday before midday (12pm). We will also aim to ship as many Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders as well, so please do place orders on Friday evening and Saturday day to ensure a speedy dispatch and delivery for your customers.

There are eight options for UK delivery:

  • Royal Mail 48 (Uninsured + under 1kg) 

  • Royal Mail 48 (Uninsured + under 2kg) 

  • Royal Mail 24 (Uninsured + under 1kg)

  • Royal Mail 24 (Uninsured + under 2kg) 

  • Royal Mail 48 Tracked Delivery usually taking 2-5 working days

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery, delivered next working day*

  • ParcelForce Next Day Delivery Tracked Delivery, delivered the next working day*

  • DPD Red Next Working Day Delivery*
  • European orders are delivered by Royal Mail within 3-10 working days
  • Delivery to the Rest of the World and the US usually takes between 7-10 working days

All delivery prices are exclusive of VAT. Please note that items delivered outside the UK carry a weight limit (2kg for Europe, 1.5kg for outside Europe), items over these limits may incur extra delivery charges and customs fees. Please contact our sales team for more information.

* 2 working days for certain AB, DD, FK, TD, PH postcodes, Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, and the Isles of Scilly.

Please note that delivery dates and times are approximate and we cannot accept liability for any delay in the delivery of goods, unless agreed to in advance in writing. Our courier service (next working day delivery) is NOT a guaranteed next day service, however, 99% of the time, deliveries happen the next day.
